What happened along the way?
THEY THOUGHT THAT IT WAS TOO SCARY
AND THEN THEY CHANGED THE VILLAIN COMPLETELY
AND THE MAIN WRITER QUIT BECAUSE OF THAT
IN THE ORIGINALY STORY YZMA WAS GOING TO BE SUMMONING THE INCA GOD OF DEATH AND PACHA WAS A GIRL WHO FELL IN LOVE WITH KUZCO WHO HAD NEARLY BEEN KILLED BY THE GOD OF DEATH BUT INSTEAD TURNED INTO A LAMA
You can find Yzma’s deleted song online now. It’s really cool.
THIS IS THE COOLEST THING HOLY
Pencil Tests for the song
OH MY GOD.
Mastery in black magic and potions/poisons, the ability to communicate with things on the other side, her her skinny shape and gaunt facial structure…
Her affinity to the color purple… the transformation abilities…
THE ORIGINAL YZMA NEVER LEFT US. She had a sex change and changed her name to Dr. Facilier.
When he mentioned that he came from royalty, he wasn’t kidding.

Like y’all don’t even know.
this means nothing but new canvas
Joker without makeup .
thats really disrespectful.. he was clearly injured in some sort of way may it be war or what have you, he is probably so depressed his face is scarred like this, he has to wake up everyday seeing this his own face, why would you make fun of him like this? fuck off.
seriously, anyone who would make fun of this is just fucked up. i actually think he’s still more attractive than like half the guys out there, even with his face like this
Fuckin fools trying to jump behind a non-existent cause. Gtfo your soap box & shut up.
So let’s all ignore the fact that this is Heath Ledger and this is him without makeup as the Joker in The Dark Knight. Where he clearly explains how this happened to his face. He’s not ashamed of it in fact finds it rather calming and that more people should “smile”. But ok let just go with the “he’s said and a war vet that was somehow harmed in the line of fire” theory that one works.
isn’t there a pokemon that looks exactly like this
Chelsea Handler defending Julianne Hough and blackface on Chelsea Lately (30th October 2013)
- Thinks julianne hough’s blackface isn’t a big deal because “it’s not that black”.
- Then compares it to whitney cumming’s “tan” asking why a tanned white person isn’t criticized but blackface is.
- Then she asked why blackface is a problem but whiteface isn’t because “Michael Jackson did it for 40 years”.
- Then one of her guests (a gay white cis-male) says “I’m sick of it [the controversy over blackface] because I had to go through high school wearing straight face”.
- Another guest (white cis-female) thinks “Julianne Hough in blackface” should itself be a new Halloween costume.
- Then, when talking about Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray looking gaunt while he went through the trial, Handler says “maybe he’s wearing blackface”.
All of this in the first 10 minutes… which is all I could manage before I had to throw up.
Shameful. I haven’t followed Chelsea in years, but defending blackface? Really? Wow. Most white folks couldn’t even be bothered to give a damn about the feelings and pain of black people.
Gosh I hate her so much.
I’m black and defended it, and don’t care what’s said after.
I agree some of these are taken a bit far and to the extreme, but at the same time if no other day it should be at least tolerable to wear a costume that may be offensive it would be Halloween. I mean isn’t that what we as a society turned the holiday into, a day where you were allowed to wear whatever you wanted without being judged and were rewarded for it with candy? I don’t hear the Disney reps bitching about the vast slutty Disney Princes. But like I said I get it, the Trayvon Martin ones are extreme but why are you mad that someone is in black face for a HALLOWEEN party or as their HALLOWEEN costume? I completely understand what it represent and the meaning and the feeling behind it as far as the black culture goes. But again on a day and for a holiday that is socially accepted by us all as a society to demean, degrade and dehumanize something why and how dare we as a black society be so enraged. If it were Sept 25th then that would be an entirely different story. But its Halloween, its a costume; the Trayvon Martin costume is extreme and unjust, and for whatever reason behind it to many (most not even knowing the meaning of “Black Face”) are angry at the black face and that its white people dressing up in the costume. What I’ve noticed is that we as a race have been so focused and disgusted by the black face that many have completely over looked the costume itself. No one was saying anything when people like Jamie Foxx and Jay Z were walking around with their hoods up, why because they’re black and its ok. But because its being used with BLACK FACE on someone white its frowned upon; and its not even the costume that’s frowned upon its the damn BLACK FACE. If we as a black society should be angered it should be at the costume as a whole and the Black Face being a factor not at the fact that its someone white in black face. Even shorty from Dance With The Stars is being called upon and made a public apology, because she’s white, blonde hair and blue eyed and wore black face; and it was apart of her costume for HALLOWEEN. Who’s to say that the black character isn’t her favorite character, but instantly it was deem racist and frowned upon.
